About Joe Titone Attorney
Attorney Joe Titone has more than 30 years of experience handling cases involving civil, criminal, and personal injury in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, area. Currently focusing on criminal cases, he works in his private practice with a range of cases pertaining to DUI and criminal defense. When he opened this firm in 1986, Joe Titone was also serving as a member of the United States House of Representatives, where he represented Broward County. After his three terms ended, he returned his focus to his private attorney practice to assist Florida clients.
Mr. Titone earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Pace University, located in New York City, across from City Hall. He graduated in the top half of his class and completed college in just 3.5 years. While working for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as a senior investigator, Mr. Titone received acceptance into law school. He worked for the NYSE during the day and, at night, attended school at the Brooklyn Law School, also in New York City. He earned his juris doctorate and graduated among the top half of his class.
